The fastest son of AWESOME AGAIN since Ghostzapper and out of a full sister to Champion sire TIZNOW, this Grade 1-winning millionaire first dazzled the racing world with his racetrack brilliance, then captivated the public with his tenacious will to live. As the dominant winner of the $1,000,000 Haskell Invitational [G1] in 1:48 4/5, he was also the runner-up by a neck in the $1,000,000 Belmont S. [G1] and posted the fastest Ragozin pattern of any three-year-old from his vintage crop: 1 1⁄2, 2 1⁄2, 2 1⁄2. PAYNTER ran a 107 Beyer in the Haskell, then returned at four to run a 114 Beyer — the fastest Beyer under a mile in 2013. His first crop of two-year-olds in 2017 commanded $425k, $270k, $250k, $200k etc. at the sales and then on the track produced even more success including Gulfstream Park stakes winner RENAISANCE FROLIC, stakes-placed Affluential, Queen Mum, and Dark Artist, and maiden special weight winners on both dirt and turf, all making him a Top 10 First-Crop Sire of 2017. This colt is the third foal from the multiple race-winning RICHTER SCALE mare PRAIRIE FEVER, who from just two other registered foals has already produced a winner in NO ENTIENDO and has an up-and-coming two-year-old colt by EXCHANGE RATE.
