Fed Biz filly
Bred to be a sire: multiple Graded stakes winner, two-time track record-setter, and multiple Grade 1 performer on everything from 7 furlongs to 1 1/8 miles on dirt, turf, and synthetic, and all with stunning good looks, FED BIZ has gi-normous potential. Arguably the fastest son of sire of sires GIANT’S CAUSEWAY, FED BIZ showcased his exceptional speed and versatility from two through five and packs further sire power from his female line, which has produced PULPIT, TALE OF THE CAT, and JOHANNESBURG. Bred to 432 mares in his first three books combined, his highly-anticipated first crop of two-year-olds will hit the track this year. In the meantime, FED BIZ lit up the sales boards: his first weanlings in 2016 brought $230k, $170k, $160k, etc., and he was ranked as a Top 5 Freshman Sire by yearling average in 2017 with prices of $300k, $275k, $225k, $185k, $170k, $160k, $130k, etc. This lovely filly is the first foal out of the multiple race-winning EMPIRE MAKER mare PEDAL PRINCESS, who’s out of a classically-bred mare who is a half-sister to three (yes, three) Grade 1 winners including BOSRA SHAM, the champion three-year-old filly in Europe who then went on to produce Graded stakes winner and sire ROSBERG.
